What equipment do I need?
Generally you don’t need any equipment as I bring it all with me. However, you may need to buy a couple of hand-weights depending on what results you want, what your exercise goals are and how often you want to work out. I will write you a personalised exercise program that you can follow when I’m not with you.
Where do we work out?
I can meet you wherever you want to work out, at your home, your office, the beach, the park…….or you can come to me. I have an area set up for Personal Training.
Can I bring a friend or two with me?
Yes, you can bring a friend or two with you. I have found it to be excellent motivation when a couple of friends are working out together as you spur each other on and invariably there’s always some friendly competition happening!
How much does it cost?
My costs are based on what the average market price is for Personal Trainers. $ 60.00 for one-on-one training $ 90.00 for two people training $ 120.00 for three people training
Fee arranged to suit for group training classes
How often would I need to see you?
Ideally I would love to see you 2 to 3 times a week. However, I realise that this is not always do-able for everyone. Because part of my role as your Personal Trainer is to keep you motivated and on track to achieving your goals and getting the results you want then anything less than once a week is going to make it difficult to do this.
How will you keep me on track?
There are a number of ways I can help to keep you on track and provided you’re honest with me (and yourself) then you will get results. Understanding what motivates you and why, having realistic targets to reach as “stepping stones” toward your goal, having rewards etc are all part of my motivational tool box.
For a small extra cost ($10.00 a week) I can text, phone and/or email you to check that you are reaching your weekly targets. I also send you out any relevant information that I think you might find useful. I have loads of tips, techniques and nutritional information that will help to keep you on track.
